About DASHFACTORY GmbH

DASHFACTORY is one of the most promising European mobility startups in the field of individual mobility. As a multiple award-winning scale-up, DASHFACTORY delivers innovations for smart cities and urban mobility, especially for cycling. The two core products are DASHBIKE, a dashcam specifically designed for cyclists, and DASHTRACK, a unique urban data platform for cities and urban planners focusing on cycling and infrastructure data. 

 
In addition to increasing road safety for individuals, cities and municipalities can evaluate DASHBIKE user data and use DASHTRACK to identify and target existing danger zones for cyclists.

Your role

The development of our two core products DASHBIKE and DASHTRACK is completed. For the national and international scaling we are looking for you. You will be responsible for supporting our existing customers and acquiring new partners. You will also be responsible for the coordination and implementation of new, innovative projects.

What we are looking for

  • Degree in business administration or similar / commercial training with experience in sales, marketing or comparable fields
  • Professional experience in sales, acquisition, as well as building and expanding customer relationships
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting with a high degree of independence, great initiative and enjoy teamwork
  • Strong closing skills, the will to succeed and excellent communication skills in German and English.

Your tasks

  • Independent conception and creation of offers, presentation as well as individual advertising and communication concepts
  • Close customer support and sales of our innovative DASHTRACK product solutions
  • Close cooperation with internal teams in the implementation of customer requirements
  • Strategic development in direct cooperation with the management team
  • Customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Responsibility for sales as well as representation of DASHFACTORY to customers and partners
